Antique Jacobean Antique carved Jacobean buffet from the early 1900s. The body of this Jacobean Sideboard is done in layers of cool charcoal with an ombré effect and an undertone of teal. Layers of paint are blended and softly distressed to give this gorgeous buffet all of the patina it so richly deserves. It is sealed with furniture wax and is silky and smooth.
The solid wood top and legs are original and completely restored to its former beauty. They are the highlight of the piece. The original hardware is also restored and brightened to a soft satin patina gold.
Two side cupboards offer lots of extra storage and the two extra deep dovetailed center drawers add to the storage capacity of this remarkable piece of history.
